Hazardous Waste Disposal
Household Hazardous Waste

Residents are encouraged to use the Anoka County Household Hazardous Waste Facility for disposal of flammable, corrosive, or toxic materials.  The facility is located at 3230 101st Avenue NE in Blaine, off of Radisson Road.

Items and materials that are accepted include:

  • aerosol cans with product remaining
  • automotive products (antifreeze, gasoline, etc.)
  • fluorescent bulbs
  • home improvement products (paint/thinner/stripper, driveway sealer, roofing tar, wood preservatives, etc.)
  • household cleaners
  • mercury
  • pesticides
  • pool chemicals
  • propane tanks

Businesses, organizations, and schools may NOT bring hazardous waste to this facility.
