Licenses are required for all dogs being kept or owned in the City of East Bethel. A signed copy of the Certificate of Rabies Vaccination from your veterinarian showing the date that the rabies shot will expire must accompany this application in order for your pet(s) to be registered. It is free with proof of the rabies vaccination which is required per City Code: East Bethel City Code, Chapter 10, Article III, Section 10.91. The license is only good for one year.

Note: City ordinance requires the animal owner to place a sign on the propety (not in the right of way) indicating the existence of a pet containment system.
The City of East Bethel has always required dogs to have a license and will continue the practice of licensing on a one-year basis. The cost is free with proof of rabies vaccination expiration date. A tag will be mailed to you upon receipt of a correctly completed application.
