Agendas, Minutes & Videos
To view our agendas, minutes, and meeting packets you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. For your convenience, our website contains three year's worth of agendas, minutes and meeting packets. Older documents are available for viewing at East Bethel City Hall.
All meetings, unless otherwise noted, are open to the public. Citizens are given an opportunity to briefly speak on topics which are not a part of the meeting agenda during the Public Forum portion of City Council meetings. Persons wishing to speak should enter their information on the sign-in sheet in Council Chambers at the meeting.
Public comments are also invited at public hearings. All public hearings are held as a separate item of business on Council agendas.
Agendas & Minutes
Agendas are a listing of items to be discussed at each meeting. Meeting agendas and information packets are prepared in advance, and are available on the Friday prior to the meeting date. These agendas and packets are posted online, and linked to the corresponding meeting.
Meeting minutes are detailed notes that serve as the official written record of each meeting. Minutes are posted on this site only after they have been approved.
Legal notices, notices of public hearings, and City Council meeting agendas are published in the Anoka County Union Herald. Legal notices and meeting agendas are also posted at East Bethel City Hall.
